Why we built Twincall is deeply personal.

We grew up in a small service business in Cambridge, MA in the 90's watching our first-generation immigrant parents do everything they could to provide the best future possible for us. After school and on weekends, we sat beside them - answering phones, taking messages, booking appointments, talking to customers and doing whatever it took to help.

We saw the stress behind every ringing phone. How a single missed call could mean a missed job. How hard it was for them to be always on" even when they were exhausted. And how much of their livelihood depended on catching every customer in the moment they reached out.

Those moments shaped us. They showed us the real cost of missed calls, the pressure on small businesses and the heart behind every small business owner making sacrifices to provide for their family.

Twincall was born from that childhood. Built to give business owners the support our parents never had.
